Blue Elegance Theme v8
Requirements: Android 4.0+
Overview: Welcome to Blue Elegance! This is a theme for all ROMS that have the Theme engine enabled.
Simply apply it in the theme chooser and reboot!

-in call dialer numbers now same as dial screen

-lots of other consistency things
